Helping Heal With My Bare Hands... The Y Factor!?!?

In January of this year, I embarked on a new adventure aside from Massage Therapy. I have started school at Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, S.C. Since becoming a Massage Therapist, I worked at HealthSource Chiropractic in Columbia, S.C. and I currently own my own business for mobile massage, CTuckerLMT. I decided to end my time there to pursue a new career in chiropractic. I loved working with the patients at HealthSource and helping them see results and improve their overall health.

So you may be wondering, if I loved working at a chiropractic office so much, WHY did I leave to start attending school to become a chiropractor? The same reason I left is the same reason I wanted to become a chiropractor, to help others. I still have the same purpose just in a different area of expertise. I have always wanted to give people another way to obtain optimal health and I feel that becoming a chiropractor I can keep that same principle and belief of the body being able to heal itself.

My WHY will continue to drive me while attending school and will drive me in my profession. Over the next couple of years I believe my why will still be helping others but will be enhanced by the new things I will learn. I'm looking forward to seeing what the future has in store for me.
